Chapter seventeen. Now I have a mental headache, how many chapters is it going to take to get over this medical filler.

Lisa wrote a medical scene like she does in all her HR novels. This is my pet peeves with her books.

I am at chapter sixteen of the thirty two chapters. I am skipping pages. This is a boring book. He's in the city and she is in the country. Most chapters are about 7 to 21 pages long. This book is not like her older romance books. It is like a story full of filler scenes. I am so happy I checked it out from the library.

I'm at chapter ten and nothing is happening with the main characters. The writing style is more of hist. fiction.
