I'm getting so frustrated that I just want to give up & forget I even bought this book! I don't know who edited this but they suck, the grammar alone is horrendous. I do believe that using a form of a conjunction too many times is just saving time not conveying thought. You are is some times better than you're. On top of the fact the author's style of formatting & writing is just plain pissing me off.
