The first time I went through this was 2002. Luckily, my homemade one-page cheat sheets of the vinyasas were still inside. I've been taking 2 weeks per book "week" since I'm not in a race to get through the book. Today marked the beginning of the book's Week 4 which shifts suddenly to the area of "I'll feel that in the morning." It only gets more challenging from here but is still easier than the first time around.
