The missionary who is martyred in this book is the sister of and mentions my husband’s great, great grandma and how they were also missionaries in the Congo. Very different reading this with the view that someone lost their sister on the mission field and the next 4 generations have continued on to be missionaries. Very challenged already by the faith of these women.
