Hmmmm.... The racism is getting old real quick. *sigh* Just because he's black and lives in the south doesn't mean that he'd inherently know the difference between jail and prison or for what types of crimes would get you sent to them. *sigh* Nor does him being black and possibly gay automatically mean the cops would be that blatantly dismissive.
