I'm not used to reading such long books as I'm still getting into reading, so it's taking me quite a lot of time. The book thankfully is very enjoyable and it only gets progressively more interesting, and consciously evades generalizations as best as a general history book can. Hopefully one day I can finish such lengthy books in at most a week!
