Ok, I wasn't thrilled with WOC and ended up just leaving my review with no rating b/c I couldn't settle on one. I was waffling on whether or not I would read this but I'm a fan. I felt Kathy deserved a second chance. So far ROR is heading in the right direction. I am not quite at giving it a four star rating just yet. I'm hovering between 3-3.5. BTW, Roan is swoon worthy so far. I'm liking him a lot.
