All of them are immature and insecure and don't know how to talk about their feelings. I had hopes for Aspen, but nope!

Why did the author make her characters go on a road trip? It's such a weird plot point especially for the reason that they're doing it.

Why was Cat giving herself shit for not having control over her magic? The guys seem to lack control as well.

Ya... it's not a turn on that Rafael has never been with someone he loves before. In love and behaving like a manwhore!? Didn't try to get Cat for over 10 years. Aspen has somewhat of an excuse since she dumped him. But Rafael could have tried before.

I don't understand why Rafael would do that. I haven't heard an explanation or an apology that explained his behavior from back then!

When there are multiple partners and in the past two out of three got together while the third one was part, then I need them to get together as a group before any one on ones occur.

I am feeling very bothered right now by this interaction. This is not feeling safe to me.
