I love that you can hear the authors thinking “me personally I would like to burn all the existing methods of treatment to the ground and start anew with INFORMED care practices that treat humans, not data points. But alas, it seems we have to work within *existing systems* to make any progress.” Love you guys. Love the vaguely incendiary annoyance regarding impractical and uninformed practices. <33 my people.
