I'm not sure if I want to continue this book. Chapter 8 ended on a cliffhanger. Chapter 9 detailed St Nicholas's visit to another household, and it's another four chapters before the author returns to the story of Hans. I like the mc, but the author could have easily written a book half the size. I'm not sure about the librivox narrator either.
