I'm apparently a masochist in borrowing this 20th installment to the Anita Blake series. Hamilton--most exacerbating writer in this genre. Only on page 24 and already I've had the premise repeated to me at least half a dozen times. (Example: page 23-one paragraph explication on killing a character, followed by one-page conversation explicating same between characters!) When oh when will she get a decent story editor?
