Excellent book with deep insights. Good disregard for therapy and self-help is a weakness. In mentioning the remedy for negative emotional reverberation on page 131, he is only able to point to 'some pharmacological agents'. Meanwhile, his dismissal of the usefulness of self-help books is insulting.
