This is easily among the books I’ve most enjoyed reading in a while. Also completely under the spell of Ms. Gillig’s writing style. 💜🖤

I’m loving the short rhymes at the beginning of each chapter, with one sentence repeating, every time.. they are hypnotic as they are intriguing…

Already hooked! Love the writing, the setting, the world building over all. Isn’t the best feeling when you start a book and get into it right away? Plus it’s a gloomy day. Perfect. 😏🖤🏰☁️
