So when you say “Order” it means to start cooking something like sear it or half cook it. Then when it’s closer to being served you say “Fire” to finish cooking. Then “all day” means to give the total number of items ordered and fired. Basically, how many of the thing you’re cooking at your station is in motion. Yay we’re ready for the Bear S3!!! Hahahaha
Okay I’m definitely using those terms at home
