Every single time this story has a chance to turn interesting it goes downhill with its decision to hang onto predictability. Like, a terrible city where outlaws live must be terrible because the strict government says so. Does it turn out to be a terrible place? nooooooooooooo, because then our protagonists wouldn't have any chance of running away.

Maybe when love is the unstoppable force, there is no object it can’t move.
I thought we'd been over this. The two can't exist at the same time, and if it did, it'd be a black hole that would swallow the entire universe. In conclusion, no, I do not like this romance.

You've got to be kidding me. We're doing the potagonist runs in on wedding to break it off because she/he should be with him/her cliché?

She sits cross-legged on a bench in the back of the station, with sunglasses over her eyes and a black wool hat—completely wrong for the summer—hiding her distinguishable curly hair. It’s a strong disguise,
You think a hat--that's "completely wrong"-- is a good disguise? Excuse me while I laugh at your stupidity.

"but I am, in fact, a law-abiding virgin. I am not a slut."

And if deities are illegal, why is the expression "oh my god" or "for the love of god" still a thing? Language has powers ,you know. If this society is so set on controlling their inhabitants, you'd think its language would change.

Religious holidays (and I assume religion in general) was outlawed, but most of the "morale" conducted in this society heavily relies on Christianity's rulings. It doesn't add up.

"Yet, while science thrives on solid fact, there will always be paradoxes, and paradoxes themselves are contradictory. For example, look at the Irresistible Force Paradox. This paradox poses a question with no simple scientific answer: what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?”
Actually, it has. It's not simple... okay, it kinda is because all you need if F=ma, where m=(->)infinity.

This society is unbelievable at best. I mean, they are forced to marry someone (who they don't choose themselves) which is a crime against UN's universal Declaration of Human Rights, so for this society to form in the first place you'd have to break this. That isn't an easy task. How was it possible? I'd say a war. But so far the reason is to have healthy babies and to not commit adultery. Not enough to break it.
