I may be biased bc my research interest is in quantum grav but i think The Trouble with Physics may possibly be the best science/sociology book iv read this year. It's fucking brilliant.

not pandering to popular accounts of physics at all! i also like how he explains philosophy in this now, as opposed to his 3 roads book. it writes much less like armchair philosophy now. Overall i m loving it so far
