Jesus Christ on a cross, authors, your readers are not dumb- we are perfectly capable of understanding the moral and ethical dilemma of a Duke and his female employee having an affair in the early 1800s when a woman could easily become a social outcast for having pre marital sex, we don’t need it pontificated on and on and on!!!! The fun of it in a smut novel is the wrongness of it!
