Mensen voelen zich tegenwoordig snel zielig. Inzien dat er meer mensen dezelfde problemen hebben kan de eerst stap zijn in het probleem oplossen. Sociale media zou hierbij kunnen helpen maar toch zie je juist dat mensen graag laten zien hoe zwaar zij het hebben en negeren dat anderen mensen dit ook hebben

Solving problems creates new but better problems (upward spiral). Both Warren Buffet and a homeless person have money problems, Warren buffet just has better money problems. ‘What struggle/pain do you want in life?’ instead of ‘what do you want out of life?’ because happiness requires overcoming struggle. People who enjoy the struggle reach the goal, not people that just want the goal.
