Although I recognise some of the historical characters in the book, some of them are totally unknown to me. I presume the book has the basic truth as its background.

This book shows a new perspective of the Tudors for me, although the War of the Roses is well known to me.

Jasper Tudor and his brother Edmund are called to the court of their half-brother King Henry VI who hs taken an interest in their futures. Previously jasper had grown up in the country far from the intruiges of court.
