I remember being so enamored with how perfect Edward seemed to be to me when I was 12, and now I'm like 'this brooding guy is kind of an ass and Bella needs to chill.' I appreciate this book series for being the flame under my preteen butt to be inspired to read for leisure, but now as a 27 year old.

I've wanted to reread this series for a while now. I know there's a lot of shade with this series mainly regarding the movies (which yeah the movies are horrible), but it will always be the first book that got me to really start reading for enjoyment. It's been nearly 12-13 years since I read this, so it will be interesting to see what I remember and how my taste has changed?
