This book is central to understanding RBG as a jurist. She highlights the challenges underlying the original Roe v Wade decision, and makes the case for why abortion access should have leveraged the momentum of the time to become nationwide law. I hadn’t understood her reasoning until reading this book. In light of our present situation, Won wonders if we might have been better off following her advice.
