there's a guy who thinks hes very smart and loves being in charge and he actively tries to discredit another dudes ideas so he himself can be right. And their ideas are about how to manage the mississippi river, in a book about a flood of the river. I wonder what the problem will turn out to be. It couldnt possibly be related to ego and power hungry narcissist making decisions rather than science and evidence right?
