Who knew I'd be so excited to read about infrastructure?!

Really interesting still. Moving through it at the pace of 99% Invisible’s monthly podcast book club.

I’m reading this as part of a book-club-like assignment and I have to say I’m thoroughly surprised how interesting it is. Robert Caro’s writing makes you care for a person you’ve never heard of and you’ll never be influenced by (as an Eastern European and not a New York native) – that’s writing mastery at work!
