I admire the author’s intent here to get justice for women in the greater universe. What she ignores, however, is that women can be duplicitous and evil, same as men. And because sexual assault is generally done privately with no witnesses and sometimes no proof that it happened, it becomes one person vs the other. Anyone can lie, which leaves the burden of proof to be difficult to come up with.
