Faces chapter was more interesting - though could’ve used some visuals to help. Really got this book to try and help me understand people better but the scientific distilling of it all makes it feel way more complicated than my original method of just guessing and hoping I got it right :) still cool to keep it tucked in the back somewhere

Entire first chapter was kinda simple. Skipped a lot of it after the halfway point cuz it just felt to over explain a lot of generic things about appearances and it wasn’t heading anywhere. Just saying what different choices may say about you - all of which were deliberate choices you make. Nothing groundbreaking
