I’m trying to give it until the 25% mark but I’m not sure I can. The writing isn’t great. It also has some very minder sounding tones to it. The MMC is creepy.

Chapter 1 was really more of a prologue. Weird things are irking me about this book already, and this author has come highly recommend for medieval books.
