Tonight I started War Horse. In the first chapter tonight Joey is bought from the market and brought home to an abusive owner and his wife. They also have a son named Albert who is a nice and kind boy. When Joey is at market he thinks, " I shall not call him my master, for only one man was ever my master"(2). I believe that this is a hint for whats to come in the story. I am excited to see if this guess becomes true.
