the school: where is an over involved pta when you need one? 😭- 3 stars

chalbis: I fear the point of this one might have been lost on me but it’s so cute and silly compared to the other ones that I’d give it a 3

the palace at four am: this was actually making so much sense to me until we got to the middle and then I think the end worked out? idk this one would be a 2.5

if I had to rate it as of now this anthology would be 3 stars (mainly because I really love the namesake but the rest of it is kind of mediocre), but I'm going to mark it as dnf for now because I can't find "The Palace at Four AM", "Chablis", "The School", and "Margins" online for free anywhere. Alas if zlibrary still existed this wouldn't be an issue but whatever, I'm sure I'll return to finish this someday.

The Balloon: it vaguely reminds me of that story of the girl with a ribbon around her neck? I mostly love how the balloon really just existed for funsies

Game: I am also not well after reading that, once again confused but appreciated the vibes
