There's been action from the first few pages, but it's strangely boring and detached. I don't feel any of the suspense the author wants me to feel. The rest of the book had better not be like this, I swear. *slams fist on the table* I need my cyberpunk fix, you hear me? YOU HEAR ME?!

The second sentence in: “Her preference was for rock from the quaint times when people played their own instruments and wrote their own songs. Lennon and McCartney, Waters and Gilmour, Plant and Page…‌demigods of a dead age.” So our MC's a hipster? *exhales loudly*
