Wow. So far this has been a fascinating (and also saddening) listen. I really appreciated Haidt's suggested "bridge" from childhood to adulthood (using certain birthdays to communicate added independence and responsibility). So far the book has definitely started a fire in me to limit my own phone usage and make some very specific future choices for my child.
