It’s okay. But for those that do struggle with being alone and have felt bad about being by yourself and felt lonely, this book would be helpful. A lot of the strategies that she talks about, I have tried myself which is basic adulting and taking care of yourself mentally and physically. Unfortunately nothing super new for me but it was nice to read it on book form.
