Every time I see this title I want to ask you what the heck it is. So what the heck is this?

"Hold your feet crossed, or: the Russian tales of an English obstetrician." It's a compilation of a doctor's blog, and it's hilarious. I read it, and the tears just roll down my face, I am laughing so hard.
