this book is like incredible omg... info extremely comprehensive but just accessible enough to be palatable to a novice, full of helpful sources of which even the most difficult are contextualized well enough to understand, and waite's serious but friendly tone is how i wish the teachers in my life guided me along in studies. fantastic stuff
