reading these classroom scenes is so painful. this portrayal of a normal school day teacher/student interaction feels like a script an AI would come up with 🥴 clunky and unrealistic, unfortunately

am loving that little mention of trauma psychologists! 🙋‍♀️

so far the quality of this novel is quite a bit higher than The Martian. I have hope for this
