its making me surprisingly really depressed, made me feel nostalgic for times i shared with certain people, almost ruminating and missing them, but mostly, the last chapter is devastating me, that yes, some people and everything they were do stick to you longer than they’ll ever be around in your life. and that even the sorrows and trauma they experience will sort of scar your life too

im struggling to read through it and the themes the last person deals with. it’s sort of irreparable and u see how these people were shaped by or continue to be within the bounds of their circumstances and how there’s rly nothing you can do about it, it may even be the reason you fall apart, may be what makes you incompatible, then you move on and accept the fact you’ll never be relevant to their day to day ever again, that there’s no reason to be talking anymore and for a long while now, but you still think about them sometimes
