God, I've never been so disappointed. First of all, I like the best friend's older brother × sunshine and witty woman trope. But they are both insufferable. He is acting like an ass, not surprised, to be honest. Meanwhile, she is so naïve, it contradicts what the author wanted this girl to be. I don't know if I can finish this book without complaining.

This is the first book from Julia Quinn, and I think this book is not really to my liking. The guy is acting like a miserable asshole, and this fucker doesn't deserve shit. I do hope he'll grovel later or im out with his bullshit ass
