These characters are absolutely ridiculous. John is a complete arsehole with not a single redeeming feature. Jen is a woefully pathetic woman who just tolerates all of his bullshit. I absolutely despise these story arks where the woman has to endlessly apologise for her mistakes while the man is allowed to do far worse without a word said.

Also, married people who hate each other is so fucking tiresome to read.
