It would have been good to know that this book has a slow start, especially compared to current fantasy with its high pace.
I want to say that I now enjoy the pace now that im accustomed to it, and at certain parts its true. However, some parts are still too descriptive without much happening, e.g. Simon crawling in the darkness.
