That's what I will be this coming week. Professional. No distractions. Definitely no indulging where my thoughts are straying. Wandering hands, passionate kisses, and me pressed up against the wall as they each take turns on their knees... NO. I'm a professional. But just in case, I'll pack BOB. I hang up with Briggs and then shoot a group text to my guys telling them to meet me at the small private airport in Alexandria at 6am. My guys? No. I shut that thought down. They aren't my anything. I'm technically their boss, for crying out loud. With that reminder, I throw up a big, brick wall in my mind separating my personal feelings from my professional feelings.

This prick. "Oh honey," I say in a sultry voice. "There's no competition. Porter wins every time and twice on Sunday." Cam's face drops in surprise and... disappointment?

Gael scoffs but it's Cam who answers, "I think we might have competition. I did interrupt her fucking her boyfriend in a bar bathroom, after all." The way he says boyfriend like he doesn't consider Porter competition irks me. Porter is hands down the best guy I know and hot as hell.

He nods along. "His house will most likely be a little trickier, but not impossible. We can plan that out after we take some time to surveil it. Any questions?" I finish, looking everyone over.
"Yeah, one." I nod at Beau for him to continue. "Will you marry me?"

Boss. Yeah, I can admit I like that. Grinning mischievously, I turn to Elijah last, "That leaves me and G.I Joe." He scowls a little at my nickname.
"We will be playing the happy couple, touring the National Palace. We can use the tour to mark exits, note security, and create a path we need to follow to the president's office should that be the place we need to break into."

I bark. Anger being my cover for the flush running through my body at his perusal. Cam pales a little bit, looking sheepish and Elijah barks a laugh.
"I get what you mean, Cam. I might be a little in love too." Elijah goads as his laughter eases. Elijah's words send warmth through my body.
I keep my eyes on Cam until he mutters, "Understood, boss."

And mister morally compromised will need to find the underground scene and get us any weapons and ammunition we won't be able to cross the border with." I shoot a grin at Cam. That grin quickly falls as I see him staring hard at the little bit of cleavage peeking through my white blouse. "He will also need to look me in the eyes when I talk to him before I shove my knife through his throat."

I roll my eyes at his antics, and I get right to it. Addressing Beau first I say, "We will need a place to stay, off the grid. I'd prefer not to leave a paper trail, even with our aliases. I assume you'll be our best bet there."
