While this series is definitely not anything exceptional when comparing writers who only write fantasy. The world building is definitely lacking, the characters and plot are a little bland but I must say, it's not at all hard to be impressed with Nora as a writer who can easily pick any topic or genre and turn it into a pretty decent book that has no problems holding my interest.
