Seeing as how It Happened One Night is my favorite movie I had hoped I’d have enjoyed the story a bit more but not so much.

Not entirely sure how The Real Bad Friend is associated with Psycho other than the author also wrote the book the movie is based on and it has a similar vibe. It would make a good movie though.

I know a lot of people don’t like It’s a Wonderful Life, but I’ve got a bit of a history with it so it means a little more to me and I liked the story just the same. It’s probably somewhat better if only because it’s not as long winded as the movie.

High Noon: I paid about as much attention to the story as I did to the movie.

Guys and Dolls is a perfect example of good musicals coming from dull stories.
What even is the point of The Heartbreak Kid?

Don’t Look Now: story beats movie. It really was reaching and could use a remake, though I’m sure they’d just go overboard on that too.
I’ve only seen parts of The Fly, probably during a Vincent Price marathon

Skimmed Blow Up, judged it by its movie trailer. I had already read The Body Snatcher but didn’t remember much, I have a faint memory of previously seeing the movie.

Have never seen Bad Day at Black Rock, mainly because I was never able to make it through the story for some reason. This was also the reason I skipped around this book and eventually put it down.

Apparently when I first started this ten years ago I hadn’t watched All About Eve yet, I have multiple times since and love the story even more now.

I've never see the movie All About Eve but I want to, especially after the story.
