So taking out the stress and anxiety that associated with work and simply enjoying the role itself. Exotec is when you are more focused on the outcome. Keep a wedge between your anger and your heart. When you feel angry, take a moment to place your hand on your heart. If not, be curious over furious. Often, being curious leads you to understand the other POV.

Something like routine renewal so that you don’t burn out and run out of energy. So every 55 minutes, take a five minute break and it needs to be something that’s related to your dharma. So for me, it would be read a chapter of a book, coloring pages, listen to a good song, or talk to someone important to me. Also, address your worries because what you resist persists.
