this book is failing so hard. i don't want them to get together, i want penny to die in a fire. dude is in so far over his head. he's drowning, been drowning for years, and none of his friends even seem aware of it, much less stepping up. and he thinks penny's "supportive" lol, wtf. girl has not done a single supportive thing in either book, and now she's all me me me. ugh
