I'm having fun discovering the magic of the world our heroine lives in. So far I've seen new(ish) twists on witches, mages, vampires, fae and so a type of supernatural body snatcher called a vamanec p'yrin.

The tone leans toward YA humorous romance but the characters are not young adults. The writing is functional but keeps the plot moving.
