I'm in the part where Theresa is living with the Chesters. There is Mrs. Chester, Mr. Chester, Eddie, Mark, and Lilly. The part is mostly where Theresa talks about how she felt during this time next why she never felt comfortable with them.

Theresa has been through so much already. She is moving from foster house to foster house, meeting new people and losing people she cares about. She's not sure if she can go through this again, but can she?

My favorite part so far is where Theresa has the courage to go to San Francisco. Of course she doesn't stay to long, the Catholic Charities find her and bring her back to New York. She did some unexpected things when she made it and has been through a lot.

So good news for Theresa plus bad news. Theresa is going to go live with a black family. But here's the thing, she is so tired of getting moved that she's is even considering running away.

Theresa is still trying to go through the changes of living in a group home. Then while the girls are eating dinner, Sister Petrina said hat there would be a therapist who the girls would be able to talk to. She didn't know what to expect from that so she decided to go and talk to her and she didn't know what to react to for what happened next.

Theresa is getting used to living with nuns. It was mostly the same as how it was with Mrs. Woodson, but also a limit,e different. She is also getting used to having fun with wild girls and being a little bad.

During summer camp, Theresa met someone named Penny. She was a college student that had bonded with Theresa. My favorite part of this was that even though summer camp was over, they still kept in touch.

Theresa unfortunately was failing her classes. She was having a rough time understanding her vocabulary and other classes. Then she took a test to see if she was retarded. And she proved them wrong, the was above average, but it was also showing sign s of dyslectic.
