My main concern with the setting is, that people who live "au natural" have neither time nor means for scientific research and in depth understanding of the "things that make the world go round". Also education and health care can not really be provided, as can be seen by the tribes that are currently living that way. Therefore the setting on Tresjolie is completely unrealistic and overidolized.
