I hate to keep making differences between the book and the show but I wish the show had left in the part where the teacher mentions alcohol and if you get caught having it you'll be in trouble. This makes Tara's dislike of having it at the party make more sense and not like she just hates alcohol altogether with no reasoning.

I know he didn't mean to but my God if Charlie did not just throw hardcore blame at Tao. There are just certain ways that you need to phrase things and I don't know how you would have phrase that any better but I know that broke Tao's heart

Okay the first major change between the book and the series that I am actually happy the way the series handled it has happened.
In the show Tao is the one who lets Charlie know He's the one that outed him but for some reason in the book Aled ( Issac) who tells them. I like it better that Tao is the one who lets it be known and it isn't used as a way to avoid telling Tao about Charlie/ Nick dating.
