Another quote I love that hits a bit too deep: “it was a culture that encouraged short-term performance but discouraged long-term learning and growth” (in reference to Enron, but can be applied to other companies in my opinion)

I wrote a BOOK about my thoughts on this quote, but it was too many characters for just an update, so y’all will just have to wait for the final book review to hear my TED Talk

Whoa, I like that it mentioned how thinking someone is talented leads us to pay more attention to them, so that our expectation for them becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy…I can already tell this is gonna be one of my favorite business/psychology books, and I can’t believe I waited this long to read it!
