So far, this is largely the book I expected and hoped it would be. I don't appreciate Haidt's tone (this is the same guy who coauthored "The Great Coddling of the American Mind" in 2026), but he's pulled together a lot of relevant research and resources for the impacts on humans as social animals of: the internet, smart phones, and social media.
