I am not entirely sure why I am reading so many books at once right now, but I think it has to do with my spirit relaxing as I finally settle into geographic permanency.
I was initially attracted to this book cos of the Roz Chast cover; turns out, the book is effing amazing!
Shoutout to my cousin, who, after listening with me for 30ish minutes, asked "Is Babel a real person?" Amazing! (p.s. she doesn't like it)

Her description of the Babel conference was my favorite part of the book. She really gets how to convey the experience of working with academics!
